The Storm is over

Finally, it is quiet again, a light wind blows through the Boulevard of Paguera.

But what has happened?

From Saturday to yesterday the warning signs were still in the colour orange, because of a storm, which has swept over the island with about 80 km/h; All day and night high waves, falling trees, flying roof tiles and rattling garden furniture.

Paguera was fortunately not such affected as the Playa de Palma, Portocolom, Felanitx or Porto Christo and no people were injured. Most calls to the 112 were about fallen trees, which had to be cleared from the streets.

Today people are walking relaxed along the boulevard or the beach, enjoying the sunshine as if nothing had happened. Why don´t you come for a coffee to Paguera. We look forward to see you.
